Making a claim

If you have been involved in an accident and your motorcycle cannot be ridden, the Helpline will look after your immediate needs, arranging:

• For your motorcycle to be recovered to your own repairer, or an approved repairer if appropriate;
• To deal with any immediate concerns you may have, such as contacting those who need to know that you have been involved in an accident.
• When calling the Helpline, please have your policy number ready (as shown on your policy schedule and certificate of motor insurance). This will enable the Helpline team to act quickly.
