• The exact year your motorcycle was registered (not just the registration letter)
• The date of birth for all riders
• The exact dates of any accidents, claims or losses (irrespective of vehicle type) for all riders with details of costs and whether any such claim or loss was settled as "fault" or "non fault"
• The exact dates of any convictions for all riders together with conviction codes and details of any ban imposed
