• You are a UK resident
• You are the sole owner of the pet and it lives with you at your home address
• Your pet meets the following age limits at inception of the pet insurance policy (you will be asked to confirm this):
  
  Dogs:  Over 8 weeks old, but under 9 years in age
  Cats:  Over 8 weeks old, but under 11 years in age
  
• Your pet has received all the following necessary routine vaccinations:
  
  Dogs:  Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis and Parvovirus
  Cats:  Feline Infectious Enteritis, Feline Leukaemia and Cat Flu

If not, you accept that your pet will not be covered for any claims arising from illness it must be vaccinated against

• You accept that there is no cover for any existing or previous condition or symptoms your pet has suffered or anything in any way related to them
• You accept that there is no cover for the first 10 days from the start date of the policy
• You agree to keep us informed of any changes that could affect the policy
