2006 Highlights

Of the 12,000 customers who completed the survey during 2006,

  • 93% are satisfied with the accuracy of their documents 
  • 93% are satisfied the renewing with Churchill is easy 
  • 90% are satisfied with the helpfulness of our staff 
  • 91% are satisfied with the speed of receiving their documents
  • 88% are happy with the cover that they are provided with 
  • 88% are satisfied that if we say we are going to do something that we do it

74.1% of the customers we surveyed scored Churchill 9 or 10 out of 10 for the attitude of our staff during the claims process.

We know that quality of repairs is one of the most important things to our customers and we are delighted that, during 2006, 71.0% of our customers gave Churchill a score of 9 or 10 out of 10.

So, how did we do in 2006?
