If you decide to buy the Churchill Travel Insurance policy, these details will form the basis of the insurance contract between us. Incorrect information could invalidate all or part of the policy. This contract will be governed by English Law. Our cancellation and complaints procedure is detailed in the policy, where you can also find details of the 14-day right to change your mind.


To receive a quotation and purchase a policy, you must be able to confirm “yes” to the following statements and have read the policy summary. You will be asked to confirm that you have read and agreed to these statements and that you have read the policy summary.

  • All travellers on the policy live permanently in the United Kingdom
  • Your trip will start and finish in the United Kingdom
  • You agree that there is no cover in the event of a claim being related directly or indirectly to a Pre-Existing Medical Condition*.

*A definition of a Pre-Existing Medical Condition can be found in the Churchill Travel Insurance policy wording. If you wish to arrange cover for a Pre-Existing Medical Condition, please contact MediCover who may be able to offer you a single trip policy.
